PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN HIJACKED

I have a computer on my network that has the homepage
hijacked by the following link.
res://scrzl.dll/index.html#37049
Has anyone ever seen this. I have looked everywhere and
found no info about it.
There are also two files running as well. They are
IEJX32.EXE
SDKNT.EXE
Theses were keeping me from loging on to the computer.
I booted into safe mode and was able to delete them and I
can now log on.
