PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!! I have 2 NIC'S on my server. Can they both work????

I have a 10/100 NIC on my motherboard and a GIG NIC that
I have installed. Is there a way to assign them the same
IP address or do I have to disable the 10/100 and assign
the GIG one the old IP?

You cannot have the same ip on 2 NICS. Just put the ip on the one you want
and disable the others. It is usually not a good idea to have two nics on
the same machine unless it is a router or something like that. Using 2 nics
on the same network will just cause problems unless you are teaming/load
balancing them with 3rd party tools.
