Please help, guys.

I have been having terrible problems with spyware & virus. Weeks of scans
and removals appear to have stopped the forced pop-ups, etc but now - no
sound on pc - and Device Manager is empty! Completely empty - nothing in it.
Also, printer is said to need drivers installed even though i have installed
them numerouse times...printer is said to be not plugged in - when it is
plugged in?!@##
To make matters worse - my dog chewed the installation disc which came with
pc to pieces!
Any ideas? (Going crazy)
 
1: Re-Format and Instal Windows
2: Change your email address
3: Kick your dog in the teeth
4: Take 2 Vallium and have a nice day
