Please help, clock settings

Using XP Pro, change time and time zone, but some how the
clock goes back to Pacific Standard time. All appropriate
boxes are marked for saving, but still goes back to
pacific standard time after a little while.

Anyone please respond with ANY suggestions.
 
You haven't got the internet time synchronization on have
you? Wouldn't have thought this would change the time-
zone mind you.
