PLEASE HELP CANNOT BOOT AND BLUE SCREEN

I am running XP Home. When I start the machine and selected the following.
DISABLE AUTOMATIC RESTART ON SYSTEM FAILURE.
The following error mesage appeared.

UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen,restart your
computer, if this screen appears again, follow these steps.

If the problem continue, disable or remove any newly installed, hardware or
software. Disable BIOS memory options such as CACHING or SHADOWING. If you
need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, F8 to select advanced
startup options, and then select safe mode.

I tried all the modes but the BLUE SCREEN comes back.

I have an OEM XP Version.
Where Can I find the CHKdisk/r ?
Please help.
