Please help - banner at the bottom of Internet Explorer

I have this "casino" banner that opens every I open Internet Explorer. I
used so far Adaware se and spy sweeper to remove that annoying
banner...nothing prevents it from loading.

Can someone help me remove it.

Go to http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/ and get HijackThis. Look at the
log and it should be pretty obvious what to remove.

You could also google for CWShredder and try that.
