Please Help.... Angry Client....

Hi, I have a Windows 2000 server running NTBackup as a
scheduled service for backup routines. All files are
backed up Ok except for the drive mappings relating to a
different computer (ie not on the server).

The computer concerned is a Win98 workstation.

I can see the drive correctly through windows explorer
when logged in as administrator on the server prior to the
scheduled task commencing, and the scheduled task runs
using administrator profile.

However when I go back to explorer after the scheduled
task runs there is an X over the Drive that refreshes fine
when clicked on. For some reason it won't back up the
files on the remote computer when NT backup runs as a
service, however it appears to run fine when run in
interactive/GUI mode.

Client advises that this "used" to work, but no changes
have been made to the setup - has anyone else come across
this problem? Any resolution, besides telling them to buy
BackupExec or similar?

All help greatly appreciated.
