Please help again with download problems

I have posted before and have gotten no response, I hope
someone can help me please???I have not been able to
download anything since my upgrade to ie6. Compressed
folders or newest version of flash player. Very new to
computers so please advise as simple as possible help much
appreciated... Thank you.

What file type?
