i saw that someone had the same problem but that there was a window
that popped up saying that there was a missing file.... my computer
just wont copy and paste.... and it sucks so much...

You need to post back with more information about your copy and paste
problem. Include details - when and where does the problem show up; are you
selecting text or objects to copy properly, what happens when you try to
copy and paste; etc.

General answer: Taskbar and Start Menu properties> Start Menu> Customize :
Check box to enable dragging and dropping. If this setting is not checked,
copy and paste functions cease to work on start menu and desktop items.
