I think you may have been misinformed: Access 12 (the next version which
isn't even in Beta yet, but should be released in about a year) has not
moved to .NET.

An excellent source of information about what's in Access 12 is

Access

The official Microsoft site regarding Office 12 is
http://www.microsoft.com/office/preview/default.mspx but I don't think
there's a heck of a lot of Access-specific information there yet.
