what causes this error and what is the solution for this

Hi,

10 to 1 says some garbage is installed on your system that is trying to
access the internet via your connection, and is failing to properly do so.
Start by doing some clean up:

1) Install and run Adaware from www.lavasoft.de

2) Install and run Spyware Blaster from
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

3) Dump all TIF's and selectively delete unwanted cookies

4) Turn on the native firewall or install a third-party one
