playing music lyrics dragging

when I try to play a cd or try to listen to music it is
slow I tried troubleshooting fixing the problem myself
but nothing fixed it yet hopefully someone will be able
to help me Im dying here, music is my life.

Is it just the lyrics or does it affect all of the sound?
