Playing movies during a Presentation

I am using an XP laptop with PowerPoint 2002 to run a presentation through a
projector.

Some slides contain movie clips that I have resized to the desired
dimensions. When running the slideshow, these clips remain at these
dimensions, but default to full screen through the projector.

When the movie clip has finished, the last frame of the movie remains on the
projector, rather than returning to the PowerPoint slide which contains more
info.

Is it possible to prevent this full-screen defaulting through the 2nd
monitor output of the laptop? If not, how can I ensure that it returns to the
PowerPoint slide at the end of the movie?
