Playing home produced movies

I have successfully produced a short 5 minute film on
Pinnacle Studio 8 and burned it onto a disc and the fles
show up. However when I come to replay it on the computer
it will not run. I am told I need a VCD player. Is this
right and does anyone know one I can obtain? Grateful for
any help.

I also have the same problems. I have Pinnacle as well

but have resorted to using Windows Movie Maker. What are
your reasons for using Pinnacle ove WMM? The reason I
didn't use Pinnacle is because I couldn't get my own music
added to my film, I would love to share thoughts on this,
as I am making a x-mas gift and it's getting to crunch
time. I can't get my CD-rw to play outside my computer,.

Software such as MySonic DVD will play VCDs on your
computer. Or, if you have a DVD player connected to
your TV which plays VCD that'll work too.
