Playing audio and video in IE7

Hi.
I installed IE7 a few weeks ago and i cannot get streaming videos and audio
to play.

They come up in a new window but will not play even if i press the 'play'
button.

I have looked at the support for IE7 and cannot find anything.

Have you tried posting in the newsgroups that the page mentions?
