Play Sound in Behaviors

I'm trying to use Behaviors to play a sound when I click on a picture. It
either doesn't work, or the player used to play the sound comes up front.
This would be a definite turn-off to a potential customer. How can you play
a .wav file (very short) by choice in a FrontPage webpage and make it clean?

Wave files are not suited to the Internet as even a short file is too
big in size.
Look at Windows media format instead and the Windows media player 9/10
plugin for Frontpage.
