Has anyone had any problems using Plaxo? If so, what are the problems?

When I try to go to contacts in outlook, outlook just close....
If I disable plaxo, outlook starts to works...so how can i make those programs work togheter

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
