Outlook keeps shutting down. Says Plaxo is the reason

Every time I open Outlook, it shuts down after about a minute. when it
restarts it asks if I want to disable Plaxo, pointing to that as a problem...
but it still closes when I de-activate Plaxo.

Uninstall Plaxo. Does Outlook still fail?

I am having the same problem except that I do not have Plaxo. I have tried
setting up a new account but Outlook closes before I can make any changes. Im
using Outlook 03 on a Vista 64 bit system.

Are you saying you have the same error message?

Does Outlook run properly in safe mode? Start > Run > outlook.exe /safe

You have the SAME problem and yet you do NOT have Plaxo installed? Not
likely. Start your own thread to ask about your particular problem
instead of trying to hijack someone else's thread.
