placeholder?

When I publish my site to the web with a server called
onewebhosting I get this placeholder for my site > What
does this mean so I can understand it and what to do?

It normally means that that particular host has your domain (name) parked
there, but there is not actual domain or web site set up for you. You'll
need to contact them to see if they will in fact set up an active domain for
you.
