Place DB on a Web Site

How can I place my Access 2007 Data Base on my Web Site so others can update
and add data?

Microsoft has _ALWAYS_ reccomended that Jet databases are not reliable
enough for any web servers

Move to SQL Server or face privacy intrusions, performance problems,
stability roadblocks, etc
