I live in downtown Toronto. Since I connect on dialup, downloading
would be a tad too s.l.o.w for me.

I'm equipped to burn CDs, so if I get a copy I can make extras
available for anyone in this area.

Thanks to the several people who responded promptly with offers. I
have a CD on its way, courtesy of harsha godavari.

I'm amazed at the number of people I meet who don't know about
freeware / pricelessware. I'll try to spread the gospel in this
region.
