I would like a copy of the CD. I would perfer not to pay shipping and/or handing but if I absolutly have to then I will.

If you were to say whereabouts you were located, then you would get a
reply from the person best placed to help you. Offers of help from the
opposite side of the world are seldom especially useful or economical for
either party when the person best placed to help may be as close as an
adjacent city.
