Pixelated Web Page Images

Every web page that contains images is pixelated or appears in safe mode style.
iam using XP SP2, IE, MSN 7.0
I have 256mb RAm, GEforce FX5200 128mb Graphics. I have onboard graphics
which has been disabled in system bios and device manager.
Games software runs and plays without problems.

No matter what webpage I eview all the images are distorted. can anyone help?

I solved the problem by clicking the right mouse button and clicking restore
images to original.
