PivotTable custom totals

On a PivotTable you can use the "autocalc" button to get
total calculations such as sum, average, and count. Is it
possible to get it to do other things like GEOMEAN?
 
You could do those calculations in columns adjacent to the pivot table,
but they aren't available as summary functions within the pivot table.
