Pivot table

The pivot table gives the total of columns by default. But I need to see the
difference of one column over the other (in value or percentage), e.g. the
growth of sales in 2008 over 2007. Can I do it without having to copy the
data on a new sheet and doing it in Excel?

You could create a Calculated Field within the Pivot Table. Just click on
the drop down list in the Pivot Table Toolbar > Formulas > Calculated Field.
Name it whatever you like and make it equal to the column for 2008 sales
minus the column for 2007 sales. Hope this helps.
