pivot table questions- Access 2003

1) Is there a way to hide the "Grand Total" column that shows up in a pivot
table?
2) I have a pivot table that shows the number of incidents (data area-
count autocalc) within a category (row) for each of 2 years (columns). I
would like to then use a calculated field to subtract the first year count
from the second year count and divide by the first year count. I can't
figure out how to do this since both fields (one for first year and one for
second year) are both named "count"-

Any suggestions?

I would also like to know the answer. The "help" in Access says that pivot
tables are controlled by Excel and give instructions to go there. The
details of the instructions don't seem to fit my Access 2003 menus. However,
when I use the Export pivot table to Excel, I can in fact remove the grand
total column - I just can't get back to Access with that change.
