Pivot Table Question

have a table like so:table. I tried to use the Wizard but could not get the
desired result. Could someone guide me thru thie use of
the wizard ?

You can't get exactly that format, but for something close:

In the pivot table, put SalesPerson and Product in the Row area
Put Sales in the Data area, as Sum of Sales

Double-click on the Salesperson field button
For Subtotals, select None
Double-click on the Product button
Click the Advanced button
For 'Top 10 AutoShow', select On
Set it to show Top 1

You can turn off the grand totals --
Select a cell in the pivot table
From the Pivot toolbar, choose PivotTable>Table Options
Remove the check mark for 'Grand total for columns'
Click OK
