Whenever I open the drop down menu for my data items and deselect one of the items, the next time I open the drop-down menu that item has disappeared.
Though it is fairly simple to re-add a field to the data area using the PivotTable field list, I do not want the end user to mess around with the field list items.
Is there a way to allow for the field list to contain all possible fields, even after I deselect an item. It would be a huge help if the list could stay the same regardless of which items are selected.
Anyone have any suggestions?? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
