Is there a way to filter the data value so that it
displays only values greater than one? Or better yet, the
Grand Total column > than one? I need to filter out
several rows that have zero values across all columns
resulting in a row Grand Total of zero. Driving me
crazy! I know theres a way but can't figure it out....

If you're looking to retain the table in its original format have you
tried Data/Filter/Auto Filter on the Column Headers??

yes, I suppose you could do it that way, but I was think
more in the way of a custom calculation within the pivot
table???

I think!!!! within a Pivot Table you'll find an Option on the Pivot
Table headings which allows you to turn on/off certain headings ....
is this any good!!??

No, I need the row heading. I just need some of the
items filtered out according to the data value. I know I
can manually go in and "uncheck" the items I don't won't,
but there are several of them. I would like to do this
automatically. Like the option where you can "show top
10". Only I want to show greater than zero. Understand?
