Pivot table data refresh at the pull down

While creating pivot tables, all data under a field will create an option to
check mark or include in the current pivot table. If data was created in
error it remains as an item to select when you pull down of that field in the
final pivot table. How do I refresh this periodcally without rebuilding the
entire table?
