Pivot Table comments

In a pivot table database I have a column that contains text that we use for
comments or expatiations. Can this information be transferred to a pivot
table like the data can? If so can you help me to configure it properly?

You could add that field to the row area of the pivot table, but it
might result in a very large pivot table.
