Pinnacle PCTV Vision crash

Have bought the pinnacle pctv for the pc but the viewing
program - Vision crashes on loading every time. Only time
it will not crash immediately is when it is first ran
after instelation. Does anyone know why this is or that
there is a patch?

You didn't say which version of the software you have, so it's hard to say
if there's a patch for the version you have currently installed. The
version that I use under WinXP is 5.50, though 5.10 also did work.

There was a patch for this very problem, the best thing to do is to make
sure you have all the windows updates and check the Pinnacle site for
patches and updates.
