Pinnacle PCTV Vision won't run when logged on a limited account ???

I've plugged the PCTV Rave card on a slot and then launched the
installation of PCTV 5.50
The software has been properly intalled from winXP administrator
account.
There is no problem at all in administrator. But when I log on a
limited account, the Pinnacle scheduler refuse to launch ("Loading
language dll failled") and when I launch PCTV vision I get a librairy
error : "vision is unable to load the following library -
Vision001.dll"

and then nothing happen...

Is It possible that they didn't test their software with a user
account???
