John, do you know if 40tude Dialog has built-in ssl support? I was trying
it the other day and couldn't get it to connect to Netscape secure server.

Don't know. Haven't tried it. As I suggested yesterday, in a later
message that you probably didn't see prior to you posting this one,
post your query in news.software.readers and be sure to put "Dialog"
in the header.

Why ? To get the answer AND so that the Dialog author and/or beta
testers can see the query.

If the answer is "no" then be sure to request that native SSL be
incorporated in a future version. Many very worthwhile things have
already been incorporated this way.

Once you are registered you can see quite an amazing list of bug
reports being worked on as well as feature requests being
incorporated.
