Pin to start menu

My "Pin to Menu" has disappeared. I have used Kelley-Korner fix to no
avail. I can drag&drop to start menu, but in the ALL PROGRAMS, the Pin To is
MISSING in the context menu.
Your help is ALWAYS appreciated.
