pin to, how can I get it to show in menu

I want to pin the calculator to my start menu, but it's not listed in windows
explorer menu, how can I get it listed? windows xp pro svc pk 3

Create a shortcut from the calculator program which is to be found at
Windows\System32\calc.exe.

yes, I've done that, however it doesn't answer my question.

Left-click on 'Pin to Start Menu.'

Nice thought, however pin to start menu is not listed as an option, my
question was how do I get it to be listed as an option.

I thought of that (classic view) and changed it, but it still wasn't listed.
