how can i change my photo files on my hewlett packard all
in one from a jpeg to a pif
 
You can't, pif's are not graphical files they are program information files.
 
If you mean "GIF" files, you can either open the file, select Save As on the
file menu and select "Gif" from the dropdown list in the file type box or
you can install an application that can perform the task on multiple files
at once. IrfanView as a free application that aside from its viewer
capabilities can handle the chore:
