Picutures not showing up in incoming emails.

I just installed Outlook 2003. When I receive an email a box with a red x
appears for pictures with a note saying to right click to download the
pictures. After right clicking the pictures do appear. Is there a setting I
can change so the pictures will always appear in my new incomeing email?

tools>options>security and select the "change automatic download setting"
