hello when i save pictures from the net to my documents by right clicking
them and save picture as, i can never look at them when i go into my
documents for some reason it just says no preview. i cant understand this. it
is a brand new laptop so i dont see why it shouldnt work please help

Try looking in Windows Explorer>Tools>Folder Options. You may find the
problem there. What file type (extension) are you "saving as"? If you do
not have the required application to view these files you may get the no
preview available statement as a result.

There is a free image /graphics viewer that is excellent called Irfanview.
You can use it to view most any graphics format. Try it and see how you
like it.
