pictures that transition to other pictures

I am trying to do a special effect with my pictures. I want them to be able
to switch from one picture to another. I don't know where to start.

Does any one know of a place, book, ect. where I can learn stuff like that.
My web page is up and running and every things fine so I don't think I need
the basics. When I started putting this together I took two college courses
I'm not sure how much I learned.

It really depends on what visual effect you are trying to accomplish..
If you have FrontPage 2003 you can use a simple roll over swap image (found
in the behaviors menu) if that is what you are looking for.....

There are many ways to do it and a lot of different effects..
