pictures not downloaded in email outlook 2003

Hello

When I receive an email in outlook 2003 the pictures do get downloaded. I
click the bar at the top of the email to download images.

How can I enable outlook to download pictures without me clcking on the bar
at the top. Thank you.

Tools menu > Options > Security tab > Click Change Automatic Download
Settings
