pictures in email text

I cannot forward emails that are in the email text. Why is this? I have
Vista.

How are you trying to do that? What happens when you click on Forward?

Gary, I am unable to attach pictures with my e-mails. When I try to right
click on the picture and minimize the file, it will tell me it is attaching
then never open up to a email format. Then when I go to open Microsoft
Outlook, I cannot open it. I have to restart the computer.

Do you really mean "Microsoft Outlook"?
