No graphics???

P

Phil

HI,
Why is it sometimes when I forward an email that has graphics that are in
the text of the email they not received by the person I forwarded the email
to? When I click on the forward button the email comes up with the graphics
in the body of the email but the person does not receive them. I also
receive emails that the graphics are missing.
Thanks,

The most likely explanation is that the recipient has something mis-
configured on their end. However, you should double-check your settings:

Make sure the image you are attaching is not open in
another program.

Make sure attachments are enabled:
Tools, Safety Options, Security, uncheck "Block images..." and also
uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."

Also go to Tools, Options, Send, Mail Sending Format, HTML Settings,
make sure "Send pictures with messages" is checked.

The next time you send an email with graphics, put your own email address
on the BCC line. When you receive that email, you can verify that the graphics
are indeed in the sent email.

Thanks Gary,
My settings are as you stated.
The graphics are not attachments, but are within the text of the email.
Does this make a difference?

It should not make a difference.
So what happens when you put yourself on the BCC line?
When you received your copy of that email, were the graphics present?
