Pictures in a signature - Outlook 2003

Help! I have a signature set up in Outlook 2003 that has my pic in it. Every
time I send & receive it works fine.

Now I set up another signature for another email linked to Outlook - and
this time the picture appears when I try to send a new email, on my end only.
The recipients never see the picture. And if I try to respond to an email,
no picture.

I have no idea why. It works for 1 & not the other & I'm doing the same thing.

HELP!!!!!!
