Pictures/ Images Will Not Copy from Internet

I just upgraded from Windows Me to Windows XP Home
Edition and found that after the installation I can no
longer click on images posted to the Web and save them
into Word or Powerpoint applications. Did I change a
setting I shouldn't have?

jerry- I have the same exact problem. When I go to view
saved pic it reads no preview available. Please help me.
