PICTURES DONT SHOW IN POWERPOINT PREVIEW SLIDE

hi i have transferred a power point presintation from work to my pc the
presentation shows ok , burt when trying to modify or preview there are no
pictures showing, just the words, there is aslo no background picture
can anybody help
 
Hi many thanks for reply, my work and home powerpoint is microsoft office
powerpoint 2003 although i have the proffesional version at home, the back
ground to the slide and surround is grey but all words are visible?
 
Do you have service pack 1 installed in both locations? Go to Help > Check for
Updates and follow the links to install it on both systems. Chances are that
will correct the problem.
