I have been on with Dell support and visited the knowledge
base without results. I have two Dell Latitude C600's
running Windows 2000 and the latest Explorer update. One
loads pages perfectly. The other one hangs and will not
load all the images. Test site is www.redweek.com, then
Mexico, then Cancun. Only one or two images at most will
load on the affected DELL. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

The ONLY temporary solution I have discovered so far is to
go to VIEW - ENCODING - Auto Select - Western European
(Windows). Problem is each site you link to or navigate
to you have to perform the same steps!! Microsoft has no
solution yet... Not that I've found anyway...
