Pictures change each access

I have seen a website that the picture in the header
changes every time I access that page. How do they do
that?
 
This is commonly done using a JavaScript Random Image Rotation Script. If using FP Shared Borders or
FP Include Page component the script must be inserted after the <body> tag in the Shared Border or
Include Page.

You can find these type of script by typing the following in your IE browser:
