I use Front Page 2003 and have office pro on my computer. I use front page to
update my web site. The problem I'm having is after I have inserted a picture
on the page I hit the Hyperlink properties and I see for that address of the
picture as
.../my%picture/buch%wholesale/5046in.jpg This is not good for web sites. What
needs to be there is images/5046in.jpg Is there any way in these two
programs I can get this to happen all my pictures in My Pictures are named as
small as I can get them (hat, weldog, eagleflying ext.)

when you're working on your "local" web, always hit file/ import and import
all the image files into your FrontPage web.
then when you publish it up to the server you'll have the right pathing and
the files will be on the server not referenced to the local machine.

....and, also, keep *spaces* out of your files.

"5046in.jpg" is pretty darn small for a file name.

You need to be Importing the image file into FP (usually into the Image folder - but does not have to be) first, then place the image into your design from there...the path will be fixed automatically when you Publish your web to the server.

having Office bears no relation on frontpage. They are two separate
standalone products.

What you need to do is import your images into the frontpage web and make
sure they are in your "images" folder, or whatever logical folder you
desire - does not have to be "images" specifically.

If you just want to rename images, you need to do each one individually.
