Picture transmission via E-Mail

Several people have told me that the transmission of
pictures via E-Mail has failed. This includes pictures
that I am forwarding.They are in differentparts of the
country with varied servers. I have XP Home Edition.
 
That sometimes happens because the picture's file size is too large. Many
ISPs limit the size of attachments to conserve bandwidth. You need to send a
smaller file. One way to do this is to reduce the dimensions of the picture
you want to send.
